How do you do The Huberman Morning Stack?

- 4.Cold shower: 1-3 minutes at the coldest tolerable temperature

- 6.Wait 90-120 minutes after waking before first caffeine
- 7.First caffeine with L-Theanine for smooth, sustained focus
- 8.Begin 90-minute deep work block on your most important task (eat the frog)
