How do you do Sunday Weekly Review & Reset?

  1. 1.Block 30-60 minutes every Sunday (or whatever your transition day is). Make it a ritual: same time, same place, favorite drink
  2. 2.Review: What were my top 3 accomplishments? What didn't go well? What did I learn? Clear all inboxes (email, messages, notes) to zero
  3. 3.Reset: Clean your physical workspace. Update your task list. Archive completed items. File or trash everything from last week
  4. 4.Plan: Write your top 3 priorities for next week. Block time for them in your calendar FIRST, before other commitments fill the space
  5. 5.Energy audit: rate last week's energy 1-10. What drained you? What energized you? Adjust next week to maximize energy, not just productivity

How long does it take?

30-60 minutes per week.

Is it hard to start?
