What is Gratitude Letter / Visit?

How do you do Gratitude Letter / Visit?
- 1.Choose someone who made a significant positive difference in your life that you've never properly thanked
- 2.Write a detailed 300+ word letter: describe what they did, how it affected you, and where you are now because of them

- 4.If visiting isn't possible, send the letter by mail (not email) or read it over a video call
- 5.Aim to write one gratitude letter per month — the practice gets easier and more natural with repetition
