What is Eisenhower Matrix?
Categorize tasks into a 2x2 grid of Urgent/Not Urgent vs Important/Not Important. Helps overcome the 'mere-urgency effect' — the psychological tendency to prioritize time-sensitive tasks over more impactful ones.

How do you do Eisenhower Matrix?
- 1.List all your current tasks and commitments
- 2.Classify each into one of four quadrants: Do (urgent + important), Schedule (important + not urgent), Delegate (urgent + not important), Delete (neither)
- 3.Prioritize Quadrant 2 (important, not urgent) tasks — these drive long-term results
- 4.Before starting any task, ask: 'Is this important, or just urgent?'
- 5.Review and re-classify weekly to prevent important tasks from becoming urgent crises
