How do you do Weekly Review?

  1. 1.Block 1-2 hours at the same time each week (Friday afternoon or Sunday evening)
  2. 2.Clear all inboxes: email, physical mail, notes, voice memos, browser tabs
  3. 3.Review each active project — update next actions, check for stalled items
  4. 4.Review your calendar for the past and upcoming 2 weeks for missed or upcoming commitments
  5. 5.Identify your top 3 priorities for the coming week and schedule them
