How do you do Awe Walk?
- 1.Go for a 15-min walk in nature, a neighborhood, or even a city
- 2.Shift attention OUTWARD — look for things that feel vast, intricate, or unexpectedly beautiful
- 3.Notice small wonders: the fractal pattern of a tree, light through clouds, the engineering of a building
- 4.Try to see the familiar as if for the first time — 'beginner's eyes'
- 5.Do at least one awe walk per week; journal what struck you afterward
