A 75-day consistency challenge that's more sustainable than 75 Hard: eat well (flexible), exercise 45 min/day (one can be outdoor walk), drink 3L water, read 10 pages. No alcohol except social events. Went viral for being achievable.

- 5.No alcohol except for social occasions (max 2x per week)
