A 75-day consistency challenge that's more sustainable than 75 Hard: eat well (flexible), exercise 45 min/day (one can be outdoor walk), drink 3L water, read 10 pages. No alcohol except social events. Went viral for being achievable.

How do you do 75 Soft Challenge?

  1. 1.Eat a balanced diet with focus on whole foods (no strict macro counting)
  2. 2.Exercise 45 minutes per day — at least one session must be outdoors
  3. 3.Drink 3 liters of water daily
  4. 4.Read 10 pages of any non-fiction or self-improvement book
  5. 5.No alcohol except for social occasions (max 2x per week)
