What is Dave Asprey Sleep Biohacking Stack?

How do you do Dave Asprey Sleep Biohacking Stack?
- 1.Wear blue light blocking glasses (TrueDark or similar amber/red lenses) starting 1-2 hours before bed
- 2.Cool your bedroom to 65-68°F / 18-20°C. If possible, use a cooling mattress pad (ChiliPad, Eight Sleep, Ooler)
- 3.Take 1 tablespoon of raw honey directly before bed — your liver burns through glycogen overnight, and depleted glycogen triggers cortisol (waking you up)
- 4.Block ALL light: blackout curtains, cover standby LEDs with tape, no phone/clock screens visible. Even tiny light through closed eyelids disrupts melatonin
- 5.Stop eating 3+ hours before bed — digestion is the enemy of deep sleep. The exception is the raw honey trick above
How long does it take?
10 minutes of evening prep.
Is it hard to start?
easy.
