What is Science-Backed Morning Stack?
The essential morning sequence backed by circadian biology: wake at consistent time, hydrate immediately, delay caffeine 90 min, get sunlight, move your body, eat protein. Each step has specific neurochemical reasons — together they're transformative.

How do you do Science-Backed Morning Stack?
- 1.Wake at the same time every day (yes, weekends too). Consistency is more important than total hours for circadian health
- 2.Drink 16-24 oz of water within 5 minutes of waking. Add a pinch of salt for electrolytes. You're dehydrated from 8 hours of breathing
- 3.Delay coffee/caffeine for 90 minutes after waking — let your natural cortisol peak clear adenosine first. When you do drink it, it hits harder and lasts longer
- 4.Get outside for 10+ minutes of sunlight. This sets your circadian clock, triggers cortisol (the healthy morning spike), and starts the melatonin timer for tonight
- 5.Move for 5-10 minutes: walk, stretch, bodyweight exercises. Not a workout — just activation to tell your body 'we're awake and alive'
How long does it take?
30-45 minutes (replaces existing morning, not added on top).
Is it hard to start?
medium.
