What is Values Alignment Audit?

Most people are busy without being fulfilled because their daily actions don't match their core values. This audit maps your time against your values, reveals the gaps, and gives you a concrete plan to realign your life.

How do you do Values Alignment Audit?

  1. 1.Identify your top 5 values: family, health, creativity, freedom, adventure, learning, contribution, connection, growth, security — pick the 5 that resonate deepest
  2. 2.Track how you spend your time for one week: work tasks, leisure, social, exercise, screens, sleep, chores. Be honest — use screen time data and calendar
  3. 3.Map your time to your values. If 'health' is top 5 but you spend 0 hours on exercise and 4 hours on Netflix — there's a misalignment
  4. 4.For each misalignment, write ONE specific change: 'Replace 30 minutes of evening scrolling with a walk' or 'Schedule a weekly family dinner, non-negotiable'
  5. 5.Re-audit monthly. Life drifts. Without periodic realignment, you'll end up busy, successful, and miserable — achieving goals that don't actually matter to you

How long does it take?
