Task Batching

What is Task Batching?
Group similar tasks together and do them in one dedicated block instead of switching between different types of work all day. Process all emails at 10am and 3pm. Make all phone calls back-to-back. Do all admin in one Friday afternoon block. Context switching costs 15-25 minutes per switch — batching eliminates this.
