Elimination Diet Protocol (Whole30-Style)

Health Optimization · hard · 30-day elimination + 2-3 weeks reintroduction; adds 30-60 min/day for food prep

What is Elimination Diet Protocol (Whole30-Style)?

A systematic 30-day food elimination and reintroduction protocol designed to identify personal food sensitivities and inflammatory triggers. You remove the most common reactive food groups (gluten, dairy, soy, corn, sugar, alcohol, legumes, and processed foods) for 30 days, allowing your gut and immune system to calm down. Then you reintroduce each food group one at a time over 10+ days, carefully observing your body's response to identify which foods cause issues for you specifically.
