What is CGM-Guided Personalized Eating?
Using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) — a small sensor worn on your arm — to see in real time how different foods, meal timing, exercise, stress, and sleep affect your blood sugar. The data reveals your unique glycemic responses, which vary dramatically between individuals. Foods that spike one person's glucose may be perfectly fine for another. After 2-4 weeks of data, you build a personalized nutrition blueprint optimized for stable energy, reduced cravings, and long-term metabolic health.

How do you do CGM-Guided Personalized Eating?
- 1.Get a CGM device (Levels, Nutrisense, Ultrahuman, or prescription from a doctor) and wear it continuously for at least 2 weeks
- 2.For the first week, eat your normal diet while logging every meal and snack — this creates your baseline data
- 3.In week 2, run targeted experiments: test individual foods, meal ordering (protein first vs carbs first), pre-meal walks, and meal timing
- 4.Identify your personal glucose 'spikes' — foods that push your glucose above 140 mg/dL or cause crashes below 70 mg/dL
- 5.Build your personalized food list: eat more of what keeps you stable, modify or eliminate what spikes you, and use glucose-flattening strategies (vinegar before meals, post-meal walks)
