A complete audit of your daily habits, marking each as positive (+), negative (-), or neutral (=). The first step in behavior change is awareness — you can't change what you don't notice.

How do you do Habit Scorecard?
- 1.Write down every habit you do from waking to sleeping, in order (e.g., alarm goes off, check phone, get out of bed, shower...)
- 2.Mark each habit: (+) for habits that benefit you long-term, (-) for habits that hurt you, (=) for neutral habits
- 3.Don't judge — just observe and categorize honestly
- 4.Identify the 3 most impactful negative habits and the environmental cues that trigger them
- 5.Use this awareness as the foundation for habit stacking, environment design, or habit substitution
