How do you do The 5 AM Club (20/20/20 Formula)?

  1. 1.Commit to waking at 5:00 AM — begin by shifting your wake time 15 minutes earlier every 3 days until you reach 5:00 AM
  2. 2.First 20 minutes — MOVE: exercise vigorously enough to sweat. This spikes dopamine, reduces cortisol, and eliminates sleep inertia. Non-negotiable intensity.
  3. 3.Second 20 minutes — REFLECT: meditate, journal, pray, or sit in contemplation. Write down your intentions and what you're grateful for. Free your mind.
  4. 4.Third 20 minutes — GROW: read a book, listen to a podcast, study your craft, or review your goals. Invest in becoming the person who can achieve what you want.
  5. 5.Follow the 66-day Habit Installation Protocol: days 1-22 (Destruction Phase — hardest, old patterns resist), days 23-44 (Installation Phase — new neural pathways forming), days 45-66 (Integration Phase — becomes automatic)

How long does it take?

60 minutes daily (5:00-6:00 AM).

Is it hard to start?
