How do you do Miracle Morning (SAVERS)?

  1. 1.Silence (5-10 min): Start with meditation, deep breathing, or prayer. Sit in purposeful stillness to calm the mind before the day's demands begin.
  2. 2.Affirmations (5 min): Read or recite pre-written statements about who you need to be and what you need to do to achieve your goals. Speak them out loud.
  3. 3.Visualization (5 min): Close your eyes and vividly imagine achieving your goals, then mentally rehearse the specific actions and behaviors required today.
  4. 4.Exercise (10-20 min): Move your body — yoga, running, bodyweight exercises, stretching — anything that raises your heart rate and floods your brain with endorphins.
  5. 5.Reading (10-20 min): Read self-improvement or skill-building material. Even 10 pages daily = 18+ books per year. Scribing (5-10 min): Journal about reflections, goals, gratitude, or lessons learned.
