- 2.Set rigid alarm times and never skip naps during the 2-week adaptation period
- 3.Keep a sleep log tracking alertness, cognitive function, and mood each day
- 4.Use bright light exposure immediately upon waking from core sleep
- 5.If adaptation fails after 3 weeks, try the gentler biphasic schedule: 6h core + one 20-min afternoon nap
