Carnivore Elimination Protocol
nutrition · hard · 30 days strict, then 4-6 weeks systematic reintroduction
What is Carnivore Elimination Protocol?
Use a 30-day strict animal-only diet as a diagnostic elimination protocol to identify food sensitivities, calm autoimmune flares, and reset the gut. By removing all plant compounds (lectins, oxalates, phytates), the immune system can stop attacking the body and heal.

How do you do Carnivore Elimination Protocol?
- 1.Eat only ruminant meat (beef, lamb, bison), salt, and water for 30 days — no dairy, eggs, or spices initially
- 2.After 30 days, reintroduce one food category per week (eggs, then dairy, then low-toxin plants)
- 3.Track symptoms daily: energy, joint pain, skin, digestion, mood, and brain fog on a 1-10 scale
- 4.Any food that triggers symptoms within 72 hours of reintroduction is a sensitivity — eliminate it long-term
- 5.Supplement with electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) heavily in the first 2 weeks to manage adaptation
How long does it take?
30 days strict, then 4-6 weeks systematic reintroduction.
Is it hard to start?
