How do you do Dry Brushing for Circulation?

  1. 1.Always brush on dry skin before showering, starting at feet and moving upward toward the heart
  2. 2.Use long sweeping strokes on limbs and circular motions on joints and abdomen
  3. 3.Apply light pressure — you want slight pinkness, not redness or irritation
  4. 4.Pay extra attention to areas with lymph node clusters: armpits, groin, behind knees, neck
  5. 5.Brush 3-5 times per week; wash the brush weekly with mild soap and air dry
