How do you do Nasal Rinsing (Neti Pot) Protocol?

  1. 1.Use ONLY distilled, sterile, or previously boiled (cooled) water — never tap water (infection risk)
  2. 2.Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon non-iodized salt + 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in 8 oz warm water
