What is Targeted Supplement Stack (Foundation Protocol)?
A synergistic daily supplement protocol targeting the most common modern deficiencies: magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc, and omega-3. These work together — magnesium activates vitamin D, K2 directs calcium to bones, zinc supports immune and hormonal function.

How do you do Targeted Supplement Stack (Foundation Protocol)?
- 1.Morning with breakfast (fat-containing meal): Vitamin D3 5,000 IU + Vitamin K2-MK7 200mcg (take together, both fat-soluble). Omega-3 fish oil 2,000-3,000mg total EPA+DHA. Zinc picolinate or glycinate 15-30mg.
- 2.Evening, 30-60 min before bed: Magnesium glycinate 300-400mg (promotes relaxation and sleep quality). Optionally add magnesium L-threonate 144mg elemental for cognitive support (crosses blood-brain barrier).
- 3.Consider splitting omega-3: 1,000mg with breakfast and 1,000mg with dinner for better absorption and sustained levels. Always take with fat-containing meals.
- 4.Get baseline blood work: test 25-OH vitamin D (target 40-60 ng/mL), RBC magnesium (target 5.2-6.5 mg/dL), serum zinc (target 80-120 mcg/dL), and omega-3 index (target 8-12%). Adjust doses based on labs.
- 5.Important interactions to avoid: don't take zinc and magnesium at the same time (they compete for absorption). Don't take calcium with zinc. Space iron supplements 2+ hours from zinc. Cycle zinc (5 days on, 2 days off) to avoid copper depletion.
How long does it take?
2 minutes daily (taking supplements).
