Body Language Power Audit
confidence · medium · 2 minutes of power priming + posture awareness throughout day
What is Body Language Power Audit?
Your body posture doesn't just reflect your emotions — it CREATES them. Expansive postures (shoulders back, chest open, taking up space) increase testosterone and decrease cortisol. Contracted postures do the opposite. Audit and upgrade your default posture.

How do you do Body Language Power Audit?
- 1.Film yourself in a meeting, presentation, or social situation (or ask a friend to observe). Notice: do you shrink, cross arms, look down, touch your face?
- 2.Practice 'power priming' before high-stakes situations: stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart, hands on hips or overhead, chest open, chin slightly up. Hold for 2 minutes
- 3.In conversations: keep hands visible (builds trust), maintain comfortable eye contact (3-5 seconds then look away), lean slightly forward (shows engagement)
- 4.Break submissive habits: don't apologize before speaking, don't end statements as questions, don't shrink when entering a room. Walk in like you belong — because you do
- 5.Daily practice: set 3 phone alerts. When they go off, check your posture. Shoulders back? Spine tall? Breathing into your belly? Micro-adjust throughout the day until good posture is your default
