What is The Eisenhower Matrix for Daily Priorities?
Dwight Eisenhower's decision framework: classify every task as Urgent+Important (do now), Important+Not Urgent (schedule), Urgent+Not Important (delegate), or Neither (delete). Most people spend 80% of their time on urgent-but-unimportant tasks.

How do you do The Eisenhower Matrix for Daily Priorities?
- 1.Draw a 2x2 grid. Label the axes: Urgent/Not Urgent and Important/Not Important
- 2.Quadrant 1 (Urgent + Important): DO NOW. Deadlines, crises, emergencies. Handle these immediately but work to prevent them through planning
- 3.Quadrant 2 (Important + Not Urgent): SCHEDULE. Exercise, relationships, planning, learning, health. This is where life-changing work lives. Block calendar time for Q2
- 4.Quadrant 3 (Urgent + Not Important): DELEGATE. Most emails, many meetings, other people's priorities disguised as yours. Say no more, or delegate to others
- 5.Quadrant 4 (Not Urgent + Not Important): DELETE. Social media scrolling, busywork, most notifications, TV you don't enjoy. Ruthlessly eliminate. Each Q4 hour you cut funds a Q2 hour
