How do you do The 5 Tibetan Rites?
- 1.Rite 1 — Spinning: stand with arms outstretched, spin clockwise 21 times. Start with 7 if dizzy. Builds vestibular system and energy
- 2.Rite 2 — Leg Raises: lie flat, lift legs to 90 degrees while lifting head to chest. 21 reps. Strengthens core and hip flexors
- 3.Rite 3 — Camel: kneel with toes tucked, arch backward opening chest and throat, then return. 21 reps. Opens hip flexors and chest
- 4.Rite 4 — Tabletop: sit with legs extended, lift hips into tabletop position (reverse plank), head back. 21 reps. Full posterior chain activation
- 5.Rite 5 — Upward/Downward Dog: flow between upward dog and downward dog. 21 reps. The capstone — combines flexibility, strength, and breath. Build up gradually — start with 7 reps of each rite and add 2 per week
