How do you do Yoga Practice?

  1. 1.Start with 2-3 sessions per week of beginner-friendly styles: Hatha or Vinyasa (30-60 minutes each)
  2. 2.Use a structured program or app (Down Dog, Yoga With Adriene) to learn fundamental poses safely
  3. 3.Focus on breath coordination — inhale during expansive movements, exhale during contractive ones
  4. 4.Progress gradually: don't force flexibility — consistency over intensity prevents injury
  5. 5.Consider adding Yin Yoga (held poses 3-5 min) once weekly for deeper connective tissue work

How long does it take?

2-4 hours/week.

Is it hard to start?

easy.
