What is David Goggins Accountability Mirror?

A daily self-confrontation practice developed by retired Navy SEAL David Goggins. You write your goals, insecurities, and daily tasks on Post-it notes stuck to your bathroom mirror, then face yourself each morning and evening to honestly assess whether you're living up to your commitments. The mirror eliminates self-deception by forcing you to look yourself in the eye and own your current reality.
