How do you do Vulnerability Practice?

  1. 1.Start by identifying one area where you typically hide your true feelings or pretend to be fine
  2. 2.Choose a trusted person and share something authentic: an uncertainty, a mistake, or an insecurity
  3. 3.Use Brene Brown's reality-check phrase: 'The story I'm telling myself is...' to share your interpretation without blaming
  4. 4.Practice receiving vulnerability from others without trying to fix or minimize their experience
  5. 5.Gradually expand your vulnerability comfort zone — it gets easier with repetition

How long does it take?

Integrated into existing relationships; 5-10 minutes of intentional practice daily.

Is it hard to start?
