  2. 2.Define: What are the absolute worst things that could happen? (be specific, be paranoid)
  3. 3.Prevent: For each worst case, what could you do to prevent it or reduce likelihood?
  4. 4.Repair: If the worst happens, what would you do to get back to baseline?
  5. 5.Benefits: What are the benefits of a partial success? What is the cost of inaction in 6-12 months?
