  1. 1.For 7 days, set an hourly alarm and rate your energy/focus 1-10 in a spreadsheet or notebook
  2. 2.Also note: what you ate, how much water, exercise, sleep quality, and what you were doing
  3. 3.After the week, calculate your average energy by hour — you'll see clear patterns
  4. 4.Redesign your schedule: deep work at peak hours, meetings at medium, admin at low
