Rejection Therapy
social · medium · 5-15 minutes per day for 30 days
What is Rejection Therapy?
For 30 days, deliberately seek one rejection per day. Ask for things you expect to be told no to. Rapidly desensitizes you to rejection and builds social confidence.
Is there evidence for it?

How do you do Rejection Therapy?
- 1.Day 1: Ask a stranger for something small they'll likely say no to (a discount, a ride, their fries)
- 2.Each day, make one request you'd normally be too afraid to make
- 3.The goal is to GET rejected — if they say yes, you didn't aim high enough
- 4.Journal each attempt: what you asked, what happened, how you felt after
- 5.By day 15-20, you'll notice rejection barely registers anymore — this is the transformation
How long does it take?
5-15 minutes per day for 30 days.
Is it hard to start?
medium.
