How do you do Hydrogen-Rich Water?

  1. 1.Use hydrogen-generating tablets (magnesium-based) in 250-500ml water, 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach
  2. 2.Drink immediately after generation — H2 dissipates within 30-60 minutes at room temperature
  3. 3.Target 1-3mg H2 per day total as used in clinical studies
  4. 4.For exercise: drink 500ml hydrogen water 30 minutes before training for reduced fatigue
  5. 5.Track subjective energy, recovery, and inflammation markers over 4 weeks to assess personal response

How long does it take?

5 minutes, 2-3x daily.

Is it hard to start?

easy.
