How do you do Oil Pulling for Oral Microbiome?
- 1.First thing in the morning on an empty stomach, place 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth
- 2.Swish and pull the oil between teeth for 15-20 minutes (start with 5 minutes and build up)
- 3.Do NOT swallow — spit into trash (not sink, oil clogs drains) when done
- 4.Rinse mouth with warm water and brush teeth normally afterward
- 5.Practice daily for at least 4 weeks to see measurable improvements in plaque and gum health
