What is Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement)?
A somatic education method using slow, mindful movement sequences to improve body awareness, release unnecessary muscular tension, and reprogram neuromuscular patterns. Developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, lessons are taught verbally without demonstration so students discover their own movement solutions. Unique in tying directly to functional movements of daily life like walking, lifting, and posture.

- 3.Repeat each movement variation 3-5 times, noticing differences in effort, range, and quality with each repetition
- 4.Rest between movement sequences, scanning for changes in body sensation and contact with the floor
