How do you do Swimming?

  1. 1.Start with 2-3 sessions per week, 20-30 minutes each, alternating freestyle and backstroke
  2. 2.If technique is weak, take 4-6 adult swim lessons to learn efficient breathing and stroke mechanics
  3. 3.Use interval training: swim 50m, rest 15-30 seconds, repeat 10-20 times
  4. 4.Gradually build to 45-60 minute sessions mixing distance swimming with sprint intervals
  5. 5.Add variety with pull buoy, kickboard, and paddles to target specific muscle groups
