How do you do Kettlebell Simple & Sinister Program?
- 1.Get a kettlebell: men start 16-24kg, women start 8-16kg. This is your only equipment
- 2.Daily practice: 100 one-hand kettlebell swings (sets of 10, alternating hands) + 10 Turkish Get-Ups (5 each side)
- 3.Swings: explosive hip hinge, squeeze glutes at top, let the bell float, absorb on the way down. Each set of 10 takes about 15 seconds
- 4.Turkish Get-Ups: slow and controlled, one rep should take 30-45 seconds. This builds total body stability, shoulder health, and coordination
- 5.Do this 5-6 days per week. Total time: 20-30 minutes. Progress by increasing bell weight when the current one feels easy for all reps
