  1. 1.Find your partner: someone with similar goals, similar schedule, and mutual respect. A friend, colleague, or even an internet stranger from a goal-setting community
  2. 2.Set the format: every morning, text each other your top 1-3 commitments for the day. Every evening, report what you actually did. Keep it to 2-3 sentences
  3. 3.The rules: no judgment, no advice unless asked, no lectures. Just witness. 'I said I'd run 3 miles. I ran 2.' 'Got it.' That's enough
  4. 4.Ratchet up: after 2 weeks of daily check-ins, add a weekly video call (15 min) to discuss progress, obstacles, and adjustments. The combination of daily text + weekly call is incredibly powerful
  5. 5.If your partner drops off: find a new one within 48 hours. The system only works with consistency. Apps like Focusmate, StickK, or even a simple WhatsApp group of 2 can facilitate this
