What is Grounding / Earthing?
Direct physical contact with the Earth's surface (walking barefoot, lying on grass) to absorb negative electrical charge. About 20 studies report improvements in inflammation, pain, stress, blood flow, and sleep — but most are small and low-quality.

How do you do Grounding / Earthing?
- 1.Walk barefoot on grass, soil, sand, or concrete (not asphalt or wood) for 20-30 minutes daily
- 2.Best times: morning (combine with sunlight exposure) or evening for relaxation
- 3.If outdoor barefoot contact isn't practical, use a grounding mat or sheet connected to the ground port of an outlet
- 4.Start with 20 minutes and extend to 30-60 minutes as you become comfortable
- 5.Combine with other outdoor activities: gardening, beach walks, park meditation
