Body Weight Squat Daily Practice

fitness · easy · 10 minutes total per day (spread out)

What is Body Weight Squat Daily Practice?

Do 50-100 bodyweight squats every single day, broken into sets throughout the day. No gym required. Squats are the king of exercises — they work your entire lower body, core, and improve mobility, bone density, and functional strength. The single best exercise for longevity.

How do you do Body Weight Squat Daily Practice?

  1. 1.Start with 50 per day, broken into 5 sets of 10 spread throughout the day: morning, mid-morning, lunch, afternoon, evening
  2. 2.Perfect form: feet shoulder-width, toes slightly out, sit back and DOWN (hips below knees), chest up, knees tracking over toes, full depth if mobility allows
  3. 3.Build to 100 per day over 2 weeks. At 100 squats per day × 365 days = 36,500 squats per year. The cumulative effect on leg strength, bone density, and mobility is enormous
  4. 4.Add variety: regular squats, sumo squats (wide stance), pulse squats (half reps), squat holds (hold at bottom for 30 sec), jump squats (when strong enough)
  5. 5.The daily squat practice transforms you: within 4 weeks, your legs feel stronger, your posture improves, your knees hurt less (not more — squats are protective), and your lower body mobility increases dramatically

How long does it take?

10 minutes total per day (spread out).

Is it hard to start?

easy.
