  1. 1.Arrive at your workspace (or sit down if remote) and do NOT open email or Slack for the first 30 minutes
  2. 2.Review your top 3 priorities for the day (set during last night's shutdown or weekly review)
  3. 3.Check your calendar for today's commitments — identify potential conflicts or prep needed
  4. 4.Set a clear intention: 'By noon, I will have completed [most important task]'
  5. 5.Begin your #1 priority immediately — before checking messages, before any meetings
