Home Command Center

What is Home Command Center?
Create a centralized physical and/or digital station for managing household operations: a family calendar, a meal plan, a chore schedule, an inbox for mail, key hooks, and a launch pad for daily essentials. Eliminates 'Where are my keys?' and 'Did you pay that bill?' chaos. One place, everything managed.

How do you do Home Command Center?
- 1.Choose a location: near the front door or kitchen — wherever the family naturally passes
- 2.Install: a wall calendar (all family events), a whiteboard (weekly meal plan + chores), key hooks, and a mail sorter
- 3.Create a 'launch pad' — a tray or shelf where tomorrow's essentials go tonight (keys, wallet, bag, gym clothes)
- 4.Process mail immediately: recycle junk, file important docs, put bills in the 'action' slot
- 5.Do a 5-minute nightly reset: check tomorrow's calendar, prep the launch pad, update the to-do list
How long does it take?
1-2 hours to set up, 5 minutes nightly to maintain.
Is it hard to start?
easy.
