Inbox Zero Method

life-systems · medium · 30-45 minutes per day in dedicated batches

What is Inbox Zero Method?

Process your email inbox to zero every day using 5 actions: delete, delegate, respond (if under 2 minutes), defer (schedule for later), or do. Inbox Zero doesn't mean zero emails — it means zero time with your brain stuck in your inbox. Check email at set times, not continuously.
