Replace annual goals with 12-week execution cycles. In 12 weeks, there isn't enough time to get complacent — urgency stays high all the way through. Set 1-3 goals for the 12-week period, define weekly action plans, and measure execution rate weekly. Typical users see a 4x increase in output.

- 4.Every Monday, plan your week against the tactics. Every Friday, score your execution rate
- 5.Target 85%+ weekly execution rate — if consistently below 65%, your plan is too ambitious, simplify
