How do you do Guided Meditation?

  2. 2.Start with 5-10 minute sessions focused on breath awareness
  3. 3.Find a quiet place, sit or lie comfortably, and follow the instructor's voice
  4. 4.Experiment with different styles: body scan, breath focus, visualization, or themed meditations
  5. 5.Build toward unguided practice as you develop the skill — the guide is training wheels
