  1. 1.Buy a stainless steel or copper tongue scraper (not plastic)
  2. 2.Every morning before eating/drinking: stick tongue out and scrape from back to front 5-10 times

  4. 4.Do this before brushing teeth for maximum effect
  5. 5.Notice improved taste sensitivity within a few days
