How do you do Cycle Syncing?

  1. 1.Track your cycle with an app (Clue, Flo, or Natural Cycles)
  2. 2.Menstrual phase (days 1-5): rest, gentle yoga, warm foods, reflection time
  3. 3.Follicular phase (days 6-14): ramp up intensity — HIIT, new projects, socializing, fresh vegetables
  4. 4.Ovulatory phase (days 14-16): peak energy — heavy lifts, presentations, important meetings, communication
  5. 5.Luteal phase (days 17-28): scale back intensity — Pilates, batch cooking, nesting, carb-rich comfort foods
