What is Electrolyte Loading Protocol?
Consume a high-sodium electrolyte formula (1000mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 60mg magnesium) in the morning and before exercise to optimize cellular hydration, prevent cramping, and sustain energy. Most people on whole-food diets are sodium-deficient, causing fatigue, brain fog, and poor performance.
