What is Tim Ferriss 5-Bullet Friday Gratitude?

Each Friday, write down 5 things: a book you're reading, something you enjoyed, a quote you're pondering, something you purchased that improved your life, and something you want to share. A weekly reflection ritual that keeps you intentional.
