What is Morning Pages?
Write three pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing first thing every morning. Not journaling — there are no prompts, no topic, no audience. A cognitive 'brain drain' that clears mental clutter and unlocks creativity.

How do you do Morning Pages?
- 1.Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier and keep a notebook and pen beside your bed
- 2.Immediately upon waking, write three full pages of whatever comes to mind — stream of consciousness
- 3.Do NOT censor, edit, or judge what you write. If you're stuck, write 'I don't know what to write' until something comes
- 4.Nobody reads your morning pages — not even you, for the first 8 weeks
- 5.Be consistent: write every single day, even (especially) when you don't feel like it
How long does it take?
30-45 minutes every morning.
Is it hard to start?
medium.
