How do you do Photography Walk (Mindful Seeing)?

  1. 1.Leave your house with just your phone. Set a goal: find and photograph 10 interesting things in 20-30 minutes
  2. 2.Look for: unusual textures, shadows, colors, patterns, reflections, juxtapositions, tiny details you'd normally walk past
  3. 3.Take your time with each photo. Get close, change angles, notice the light. The act of composing a shot forces present-moment focus
  4. 4.Don't post them anywhere — this is for YOU. Review them when you get home and pick your favorite 3
  5. 5.Do this 2-3x per week. Over time, you'll start seeing beauty everywhere — your default perception literally changes
