How do you do Scheduled Daydreaming?
- 1.Block 15-30 minutes in your calendar labeled 'think time' or 'white space' — 3-5 times per week
- 2.During this time: no screens, no music with lyrics, no structured tasks
- 3.Go for a walk, sit in a park, take a shower, or simply stare out a window
- 4.Let your mind wander freely — don't try to solve any specific problem
- 5.Keep a small notebook nearby to capture any ideas that surface (but don't force it)
How long does it take?
15-30 minutes, 3-5 times per week.
Is it hard to start?
easy.
